"Right before the pandemic attack, I was foundation teaching for my major competition of the entire year (TCS) New York City Marathon. The shutdown and the pandemic was included with lots of stress and anxieties. COVID-19 took the life of my small cousin and my excellent friend's parents all within several days apart. It was devastating and emotionally difficult, knowing I could not be there for my love ones. Therefore for weeks, I applied reasons for perhaps not running.  My coach prompted me to get back to operating to help handle stress and keep the immunity system in check.

Being a motivation, encourager, and one who appears to motivate the others, I acquired back again to doing what I like to do. It started with 100 miles for a month that rapidly changed into doing a function streak. My 2020 goals have changed, it's about emergency while empowering the black neighborhood to become healthier. We all know that disease is having an important influence in my own community. Working isn't canceled, or is our power to improve the running community.
